Sending campaigns

1. New campaign — pick channel (Email/SMS/WhatsApp), location, write the message.
2. The {{Link}} token in your body becomes the recipient's personal funnel URL. Always include it.
3. Upload a CSV with header name,email,phone. Rows missing the channel's required contact field are skipped automatically.
4. Send batch now to start, or schedule for later. Hangfire dispatches in 100-recipient batches.
5. The 3-in-1 funnel is FTC-compliant — every recipient sees both "leave a public review" and "send private feedback" options; the threshold only highlights which CTA is the default.
